Karlie LeFor is currently a Support Technician at UF Health since October 2023. As Co-Founder and Outreach Director of the Medi-Futures Program since December 2022, Karlie conceptualizes and implements the expansion of pre-health virtual shadowing, mentorship, and leadership opportunities for students in Florida, while supervising Outreach Directors and Ambassador Teams. In the role of Outreach Director for the Medi-Gators Virtual Shadowing Program since July 2022, Karlie oversees outreach efforts, plans leadership development training, and manages social media and fundraising initiatives. Furthermore, as an Ambassador for the American Migraine Foundation since August 2020, Karlie promotes advocacy and credible resources for migraine and headache disorders within online communities. Karlie previously served as an Ambassador for the Medi-Gators Virtual Shadowing Program from August 2021 to April 2022, enhancing outreach and organizing events for students. Karlie is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Florida, expected to graduate in May 2025.
