Leigh Ann Shivener

Leigh Ann Shivener is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Strategic HR Business Partner at American Modern Insurance Group since November 2016, Shivener previously held significant roles including Manager of Human Resources at Boston Beer Company, where responsibilities included directing HR initiatives for multiple brewery locations, and Director of Human Resources at Jarden Leisure & Entertainment Group, overseeing HR development for a large and diverse workforce across North America. Earlier career experience includes a role as Director of Human Resources at Xomox Corporation, managing HR functions across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America. Shivener holds a Master of Education in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Arts in History, both from Xavier University.
