Scott Wade

Scott Wade has a diverse work experience in the modular construction industry. Scott began their career as an Engineering Project Manager at Modtech in 2000 and later became the Director of Production Design. In 2008, they joined Ameritech Building Solutions as the Director of Operations. Scott then served as the Plant Manager at Walden Structures from 2009 to 2011. Subsequently, Scott took on roles at ZETA Communities, including Senior Construction Manager and Quality Assurance Manager. In 2012, they joined American Modular Systems as a Senior Project Manager before being promoted to Director of Engineering in 2014. Scott also worked for Superior Homes LLC as an Operations Manager from 2013 to 2014. Overall, Scott Wade has held various management and leadership positions throughout their career, showcasing their expertise in the modular construction industry.
