David Richey

David Richey has over 40 years of experience in the mortgage industry. David began their career as a Vice President at American Federal Savings in 1975, where they worked until 1983. David then moved to American Fletcher / Banc One Mortgage, where they started as a mortgage loan originator and later became a Vice President and Project Manager. During their time there, they received the "Top Originator" award multiple times and played a crucial role in consolidating processing sites and developing a loan origination system. In 1994, Richey joined First Republic Mortgage Corp as an Owner and Executive Vice President, a position they held for over 20 years. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Executive Vice President at American Mortgage Service Company.

David Richey attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1968 to 1972 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in an unspecified field of study.
