Erik Karow is an experienced entrepreneur and sports professional with a diverse background. As the owner of Huxden Syrups since May 2022, Erik has made luxury cocktail experiences accessible through a premium Old Fashioned Syrup. In addition, Erik co-owns Northern Nineteen, enhancing golf experiences with exceptional food and beverage services since March 2016. Erik also has extensive involvement in motorsports, providing timing and scoring for both the Monster Energy Supercross and American Motorcyclist Association since 2006, as well as holding the position of president at the Rochester Softball Association from 2012 to 2017. As the founder of the High 5 Foundation since 2012, Erik focuses on supporting families facing medical challenges and increasing youth sports participation. Erik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hope International University and a degree in Sport's Management from Crossroads College, contributing a robust academic foundation to a varied professional career.
