Ted Mathas

Ted Mathas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in law, finance, and governance. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Virginia School of Law and a Senior Advisor at Stone Ridge Asset Management, Mathas also holds positions as Vice Chairman and Treasurer of the Board of Trustees at the American Museum of Natural History. With a background as Chair and CEO of New York Life Insurance Company and involvement in various boards, including the American Council of Life Insurers and the Business Round Table, Mathas has demonstrated leadership in multiple domains.
