Bob Dougherty

Bob Dougherty, MBA has extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Bob has held various leadership roles in notable organizations such as American National Bank of Texas, Calyx Software, and Merchants Bank NA. At American National Bank of Texas, Bob served as the Senior Vice President and Director of Mortgage Sales & Operations, responsible for setting strategic direction, developing lending policies, and leading sales and operational teams. At Calyx Software, they held positions as the Executive Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Business Development, where they played a crucial role in defining the strategic direction of the company and driving new business opportunities. Bob also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and held the position of Vice President of Mortgage Operations at Merchants Bank NA. Bob was also the Co-Owner and Founder of Boom Brothers Commercial Capital and Timberland Mortgage Services, Inc, where they developed strategies and led the growth of the companies. Bob Dougherty, MBA, has a bachelor's degree in Finance from St. Cloud State University, which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Concordia University-St. Paul. Currently, they are enrolled in a leadership program called Thayer Leadership, focusing on the field of study in leadership.
