Brenda Boyer

Brenda Boyer has extensive experience in the banking industry, spanning over two decades. Brenda started their career at River City Bank as a Private Banking Officer, where they focused on selling various financial services to clients. Brenda then joined First Union National Bank as a Commercial Business Lender, specializing in originating and underwriting commercial loan requests. At Commercial Federal Bank, Brenda worked as a Commercial Relationship Manager, generating and retaining business for clients with significant indebtedness and revenues. Brenda then moved on to Frontier Bank, where they held roles as a Commercial Loan Officer and Special Assets Officer, managing lending relationships and coordinating the resolution of problem assets. Brenda then transitioned to BB&T, where they served as a Portfolio Risk Officer and Team Leader, overseeing the build-out of the Portfolio Monitoring Group and providing leadership for risk analysis. Brenda also held the role of Business Services Officer and Portfolio Manager at BB&T, ensuring proper credit analysis and monitoring of the bank's loan portfolio. Currently, Brenda works at American National Bank of Texas as the SVP and Market President, responsible for relationship management and commercial lending in specific markets. Throughout their career, Brenda has demonstrated strong leadership, effective communication, and expertise in credit analysis and relationship management.

Brenda Boyer attended California State University-Sacramento, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Brenda also attended Pacific Coast Banking School from 2008 to 2010, where they focused on banking.
