Diane Stephens Sphr

Diane Stephens, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Diane is currently serving as the SVP- Chief Human Resources Officer at American National Bank of Texas since March 2020. Prior to that, they held the same position at LegacyTexas from March 2016 to December 2019.

Before joining LegacyTexas, Diane worked as the Manager of Human Resources at Methanex Corporation from November 2014 to March 2016. Preceding their role at Methanex, they had a long tenure at SHAREPLUS BANK, starting in August 2002. At SHAREPLUS BANK, they initially served as the Vice President of Bank Administration (Human Resources) from August 2002 to November 2014. During this time, they also held the position of Vice President- Director of Human Resources from September 2002 to June 2011.

Prior to their time at SHAREPLUS BANK, Diane served as the HR Director at Dalcor Property Management from October 1998 to July 2001. Overall, they have gained valuable expertise and leadership skills through their various roles in different organizations.

Diane Stephens, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, attended Texas Tech University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In October 2015, they obtained the SHRM -SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Diane also obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification in January 2015. Furthermore, Diane holds the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification, although the institution from which they obtained this certification is unknown.
