Trevor Cosby has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to 2023. Trevor started their career as an Assistant Manager at In-N-Out Burger, where they provided strong leadership and support, managed daily operations, and trained and developed team members. Trevor then joined Capital One in 2017 and held various roles including Assistant Coach, Coach, Senior Coach, and Project Manager. In these roles, Trevor demonstrated outstanding problem-solving skills, provided oversight of multiple processes, and collaborated with stakeholders to drive process improvement initiatives. Trevor also successfully led the implementation of innovative projects like Digital Chat Innovation. Most recently, Trevor joined American National Bank of Texas in 2023 as a Product Owner.
