Haley Gerlofs

Haley Gerlofs is a Development Manager at Anera since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing donor identification and prospecting processes, as well as developing proposals and reports in collaboration with program staff in Palestine, Lebanon, and Jordan. Prior experience includes serving as Donor Recruitment Account Manager at the American Red Cross, focusing on recruitment strategies and community engagement, and as Refugee Resource/Volunteer Coordinator with Bethany Christian Services, where efforts involved managing volunteer programs and outreach initiatives. Earlier roles include Director of Social Media at Arab America, English Language Conversation Instructor at Capital Languages, and participating in a Summer Fellowship at the National Council on U.S.-Arab Relations. Haley holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from Grand Valley State University and has also studied Arabic language at the University of Jordan.
