Bethany Bobb

Bethany Bobb has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Bethany is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at American Ninja Warrior Adventure Park since December 2022. Prior to that, they formed their own company, Bthkneebee LLC, where they held the position of President since September 2012. Bethany also worked as a Consultant at American Ninja Warrior Adventure Parks from November 2021 to December 2022. Bethany has a background in the trampoline park industry, having served as the Executive Vice President of the International Association of Trampoline Parks from July 2015 to December 2022, and as the Deputy Director from August 2012 to July 2015. Before entering the trampoline park industry, Bethany was the Legislative Director at Pennsylvania AFL-CIO from January 2004 to November 2011. Bethany also gained experience in the financial sector as a Market Operations Analyst at Merrill Lynch from June 2000 to February 2002. Bethany began their career as a Recreation Assistant at HMS School for Children with Cerebral Palsy from September 1998 to June 2000. Bethany also served as a Program Director in AmeriCorps, where they created and implemented a day program for young women with pervasive needs in New Mexico from September 1996 to July 1997, and provided community support and integration for disabled children and adults in the Philippines. Overall, Bethany has a wide range of experience in leadership, consulting, operations, and program development.

Bethany Bobb attended Temple University Japan from 1996 to 2001. Bethany then attended Temple University from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Sociology.
