Marcela Cámpoli, PhD, MHA, BBA, ASQ CQM/OE, serves as the Director of the Institute for Nursing Research and Quality Management at the American Nurses Association since November 2020. With extensive experience in health care, Marcela leads research initiatives at Georgetown University and has held various roles in quality improvement and organizational excellence across multiple organizations, including CCI Health & Wellness Services and Community CHEER. Alongside a strong academic background with a PhD in Health Economics, Marcela is involved in educational roles at Escuela Argentina and Ana G. Mendez University System. Throughout a career spanning over fifteen years, Marcela has demonstrated a commitment to underserved populations and health system improvement through strategic leadership and research-driven practices.
