Camille Robinson

Camille Robinson, MBA HRM, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at American Omni Trading (AOT) since March 2025, where responsibilities include leading HR strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives that achieve high retention and engagement rates. Previously, Camille held the position of HR Member at Vistage Connect from October 2011 to September 2025, collaborating with HR professionals to align initiatives with organizational goals. As Chief People Officer at MOGAS Industries, Inc. from June 2004 to February 2025, Camille led global HR initiatives and managed M&A integration for seamless transitions. Earlier experience includes roles such as Vice President of Global Human Resources/QHSE/Legal and Global HR Director, along with a brief tenure as a Human Resources Generalist at Hewitt Associates. Camille holds a BS in Psychology & Sociology from Sam Houston State University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.
