Kourtney Sproat has extensive experience in conference and program management within healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Conference Program Manager for the American Organization for Nursing Leadership since March 2019, Kourtney previously held the position of Senior Conference Management Specialist at the American Organization of Nurse Executives since February 2012. Prior roles include Program Manager and Manager of Meetings and Membership at the American Hospital Association from January 2007 to February 2012. Kourtney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Purdue University, completed between 1998 and 2002.
