Dustin Sheppard

Dustin has been in the mortgage industry for more than 18 years and has a passion for helping companies and individuals reach their highest potential. After 6 years leading one of APM’s top branches, Dustin became APM’s EVP of Production. In his role, Dustin leads a production team that was created to support loan officers and help build and grow our branches. Dustin oversees the production teams, production technology, production onboarding, recruiting and the corporate loan team which supports central processing, integration, and out-of-state and employee loans.

Prior to becoming the EVP of Production, Dustin was the leader and branch manager of Element Mortgage since 2014. During this 6 years, Dustin grew Element Mortgage to a top 10 volume branch at APM with more than 40 loan officers and 5 office locations in Northern California, Washington, Hawaii, Idaho and Colorado.

Dustin is passionate about developing better solutions, state-of-the-art tools and training to help originators and branches thrive. He believes in achieving balance between work and home life and defines himself as a relentless learner with a passion for reading and gaining new insights about the world.
