Francine Miller

Francine Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and talent acquisition. Retired in June 2024, Francine has held critical roles at American Packaging Corporation as Manager of Organizational Development and Corporate Recruitment and Retention Manager since February 2022. Prior to this, Francine dedicated 17 years to Paychex, Inc., advancing through various positions including Training Content Manager, Talent Acquisition Project and Administration Manager, and Corporate Recruiting Manager, where leadership resulted in an average of 1000 hires annually. Earlier experience includes managerial roles in recruiting and branch management at Paychex and Manpower Temporary Services. Francine holds a degree in Media, Marketing, and Management from Mohawk Valley College.
