Thomas Bell Sr

Thomas Bell Sr is an experienced educator currently serving as the Dean of Student Culture at American Paradigm Schools since September 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas held various leadership positions, including Team Leader (Assistant Principal) at Executive Education Academy Charter School from July 2017 to September 2022, and Dean of School Culture for grades 6-8 at Mastery Charter Schools from August 2015 to April 2017. Thomas also worked as a Behavior Intervention Coordinator at Scholar Academies and held dual roles as a Young Adult Casemanager and Intensive Case Manager at COMHAR, Inc. Thomas holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Special Education and Teaching from Arcadia University and earned dual Bachelor's degrees in Sociology from Lincoln University.
