Karen Young

Karen Young currently serves as a Termite Renewal Retention Specialist at American Pest Control, Inc., where responsibilities include engaging with new homeowners about termite warranty options and addressing concerns of existing homeowners contemplating warranty cancellations. Additionally, since May 2011, Karen has been self-employed as an author and motivational speaker. Karen's educational background includes completing a Law Enforcement degree from the North East Georgia Police Academy in 2006-2007.
