Darlynn Smit

Darlynn Smit is an experienced data specialist with a background in data conversion and analysis, currently serving as a Data Conversion Specialist at American Pest since June 2021. In this role, Darlynn manipulates data for stakeholder use and creates Power BI reports to monitor key performance indicators. Prior experience includes working as a Data Analyst at Boyd Caton Group, Inc. from July 2018 to June 2021, where Darlynn validated financial and asset data and maintained knowledge of Federal Transit Administration policies. Earlier roles include providing financial advisory services at Union Bankshares Corp. and coordinating auxiliary services at Southern Virginia University, as well as serving as the Student Vice President of Finance. Darlynn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Southern Virginia University, earned in 2015.
