Rebecca Schieber Brown currently serves as the Vice President of External Mobilization at the American Petroleum Institute, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Rebecca gained extensive political experience as Managing Director and Director of Political at Targeted Victory from September 2019 to January 2025, and as Director of Public Affairs for Grassroots & Advocacy at Locust Street Group from February 2017 to September 2019. In 2016, Rebecca directed the political operation for Pat Toomey's U.S. Senate re-election campaign, managing voter contact and coalition building across 20 counties in central Pennsylvania. Earlier in their career, Rebecca served as a Special Assistant to Carly Fiorina during the 2016 presidential campaign, providing support across 33 states and numerous events. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Political Science from Northwestern University and has studied Public Policy and History at UCL.
