Shannon DiBari

Shannon DiBari serves as Senior Vice President, Business Operations and Strategy, overseeing API’s day-to-day business operations. DiBari joined API in 2018 as a Senior Advisor, where she worked across all of API’s operational channels, enhancing employee engagement throughout the organization and serving as a key strategic partner to API leadership.

Prior to joining API, DiBari served as Executive Vice President and COO of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where she oversaw the day-to-day operations of the trade association and managed the organization’s various programs, initiatives, and divisions. Following a 38-year career with the Chamber, DiBari established the Briarpatch Consulting Group, focused on organizational development and leadership, where API was one of her clients.

DiBari has a B.A. in government from the College of William and Mary and an M.S. in leadership and management from Marymount University.
