Laird Leavoy has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Laird began their career in 1990 as a Biological Products Specialist at Connaught Laboratories, where they worked until 1994. Laird then moved to FoxMeyer Drug Corporation, where they served as the Director of Sales from 1994 to 1996. In 1996, Leavoy joined AmerisourceBergen as a Segment Vice President and held that role until 2010. Currently, they are the President of American Pharmacies, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations at American Pharmacies from 2014 to 2020, as well as the VP of Sales and Operations from 2010 to 2014.

Laird Leavoy obtained a BBA degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of Texas at San Antonio between 1981 and 1987.
