Emily Weyenberg

Emily Weyenberg is currently a Board of Pharmacy Specialties Fellow at the American Pharmacists Association since June 2025. Previously, Emily gained extensive experience at CVS Pharmacy as both an intern and a technician from September 2019 to May 2025. From October 2022 to November 2023, Emily served as the Region 5 Midyear Regional Meeting Coordinator for the American Pharmacists Association, facilitating communication among regional chapters. Emily also held the position of Chair for the APhA-ASP Communications Standing Committee from March 2024 to April 2025 and was Chief Curriculum Officer for the UI College of Pharmacy Healthcare Business Leaders from October 2021 to October 2023. Additional roles include a Pharmacy Intern at NuCara Pharmacy and a Course Coordinator at the University of Minnesota. Emily holds a Doctor of Pharmacy - PharmD degree from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy and completed a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, Society, and Environment at the University of Minnesota.
