Loc Nguyen is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Contributing Writer and Editor for the American Pharmacists Association since September 2020, under the guidance of Dr. Jeanine P. Previous experience includes work as a Student Research Assistant at The University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital from November 2019 to March 2021, collaborating with Principal Investigator Mary Teresi Milavetz, PharmD, FAPhA to analyze and manage research samples. Additionally, Loc Nguyen worked as a Student Coordinator of Clinical Services at NuCara Pharmacy from September 2018 to April 2020, where responsibilities included chronic disease state reviews, patient education for medication adherence, and healthcare intervention recommendations. Academic credentials consist of a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy (2017-2021) and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry (BA) and Human Physiology (BS) from the University of Iowa (2011-2016).
