Shannen Mendoza

Shannen Mendoza is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in operations and program management within nonprofit and healthcare settings. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for the APhA Foundation since November 2017, Shannen oversees operational and administrative functions, focusing on strategic planning and program evaluation. Prior to this role, Shannen held various positions at American Health Care Administrative Services, culminating in the Director of Population Health Management role, where leadership involved planning and collaboration with stakeholders.
