Jaclyn Billek

Jaclyn Billek currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at the American Physical Society since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jaclyn worked at the University of Pennsylvania from May 2016 to November 2023, holding several positions including Integration and Community Engagement Coordinator and Global Student Outreach Specialist in the International Student and Scholar Services. Additionally, Jaclyn provided executive support to the Vice Provost for Global Initiatives and Executive Director of Penn Global. Earlier experience includes serving as Local Editor for Like A Local Guide, Business Operations & Compliance Assistant at West Capital Management, Executive Assistant to the CEO at Hersha Hospitality Management, Course Manager and Executive Assistant at Getting More Inc., and Teaching Assistant at The Wharton School. Jaclyn began the professional journey as a Travel Consultant for Liberty Travel and previously worked as a Flight Attendant for Aer Lingus. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
