Ryan Wilkinson

Ryan Wilkinson is a seasoned science editor and writer with extensive experience in the publishing industry. Currently serving as a Corresponding Editor for APS Physics since February 2022 and as a Science Editor & Writer for Nature Research since May 2020, Ryan has demonstrated a strong capability in editing and writing high-quality articles. Previously, Ryan was the Nature News & Views Editor, where hundreds of articles were edited and short pieces were authored. Ryan completed a PhD in Astroparticle Physics at Durham University in 2016, resulting in seven published papers with significant academic recognition. Additionally, Ryan has experience as a Science Writer for The Conversation, contributing articles with substantial readership. Ryan holds a Master of Physics degree from Durham University and a comprehensive academic background from Byron Sixth Form College and St. Bede's Comprehensive School.
