Paul Welk

Paul Welk is an experienced attorney at Tucker Arensberg, P.C. since July 2006, specializing in corporate counsel for the physical therapy sector, with expertise in transactions involving ownership succession plans, third-party payer appeals, and asset acquisitions. Paul also serves as a member of the Scope of Practice Taskforce for the American Physical Therapy Association since January 2014 and is active in the Private Practice Section of the same association since 2007. Prior to legal work, Paul was a staff physical therapist at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center - St. Margaret from 2004 to 2012 and held the position of Assistant Counsel at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh from 2004 to 2006. Paul earned a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, as well as a Master's degree in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor's degree in Health Services from Duquesne University.
