Jacob holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology Enterprise & Entrepreneurship from Johns Hopkins University, a Graduate Certificate in Health Policy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Microbiology from the University of Maryland.
