Mr. Russell was promoted to Executive VP of Sales in January 2021. He joined the APP sales team in October 2004. Although his main focus was developing and maintaining new business, Mr. Russell also trained and mentored many of the current salesmen he now leads. He currently oversees their sales teams in St. Louis, Philadelphia, Houston and Chicago. He received a Bachelor of Arts from St. Louis University.
