Erik Czaja, MUPP, CAPM, is an experienced project manager with a strong background in urban planning, program implementation, and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as a Project Manager at the American Planning Association, Erik previously held a similar role at All Chicago Making Homelessness History, where responsibilities included recruiting and managing teams to support over 500 landlord partners and collaborating with external agencies to house over 2,000 participants. Prior to that, Erik worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Novel Coworking, leading multi-million dollar projects and streamlining accounting processes. Additional experience includes staffing coordination, research assistance, and various administrative roles across multiple organizations. Erik holds a Master's in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Planning from Rutgers University.
