Karen Kazmierczak is an accomplished marketing analytics professional with extensive experience in defining processes and methodologies to optimize customer engagement and campaign performance. Currently serving as the Marketing Analytics Manager at the American Planning Association, Karen has successfully implemented the HubSpot marketing automation platform and established data-driven strategies for marketing initiatives. Prior to this role, Karen held various positions at the Institute of Real Estate Management, where responsibilities included leading digital strategy, managing social media campaigns, and enhancing user experiences across digital platforms. Karen’s background also includes research and analysis roles in economic and market feasibility studies. Holding a BS in Natural Resources from Cornell University and an MS in Community and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at Austin, Karen exhibits strong analytical skills combined with a strategic approach to marketing.
