Donald Packwood has extensive experience with the American Postal Workers Union, serving as Secretary/Treasurer for Indianapolis Area Local #130 since May 2020 and as Editor/Webmaster for the Indiana Postal Workers Union and Indianapolis Area Local APWU since 1990. Donald's educational background includes a high school diploma from Lawrence Central High School and additional studies at IUPUI from 1974 to 1989.
