Daniel Gianfelice

Daniel Gianfelice is an IT Specialist at American Preparatory Academy since June 2021, bringing valuable experience from previous roles, including Help Desk Team Lead at G4S Retail Solutions (USA) Inc. from August 2019 to June 2021, where expertise in coaching agents and managing service levels was developed. Prior to that, Daniel served as a Head Custodian and Lane 1 Assistant Custodian for Provo City School District from August 2014 to August 2019, focusing on supervision, inventory management, and ensuring a safe environment for students and staff.
