Keith Creasy is an experienced software professional with a strong focus on accessibility for individuals with visual impairments. Currently serving as a Programmer III at the American Printing House for the Blind since February 1999, Keith leads a software development team dedicated to creating accessible applications and is the lead programmer for the DAISY book reader and producer. Previously, Keith operated as a self-employed senior software engineer and trainer from 1993 to February 1999, collaborating with companies like Sears and Citigroup on assistive technology training. Keith's earlier roles include Branch Manager at the Kentucky Department for the Blind, where the Assistive Technology Services Branch was established, and a programmer and rehabilitation instructor at the Kentucky Rehabilitation Center for the Blind. Keith holds an MS in Conflict Management from Sullivan University, an MA in Music and Christian Education from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a BA in Music Education from Austin Peay State University.
