Lydia Smith is an experienced professional currently serving as the Product Engagement Manager at the American Printing House for the Blind since March 2021, where responsibilities include establishing positioning for products, identifying target audiences, and leading cross-functional teams in engagement campaigns. Previously, Lydia held the role of Digital Content Product Specialist at Infinite Solutions, LLC, and has extensive experience in service coordination and management at various organizations, including Heine Brothers' Coffee and Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics. Lydia possesses a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and the Classics from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and earlier studies in Cinema Arts and Sciences.
