Alan LaPolice is a seasoned political leader and consultant with extensive experience in campaign management, advocacy for campaign finance reform, and educational leadership. Currently serving as the National Coalitions Director at American Promise, Alan oversees efforts to support the ratification of the 28th Amendment, which addresses the role of money in politics. With a history of running competitive political campaigns and reforming state and federal politics, Alan has also held roles at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. House of Representatives, and Cloud County Community College. Alan's military background includes service as an Infantryman during Operation Desert Shield/Storm, and academic credentials include a BA in Theatre and English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley and an MEd in Educational Leadership from Humboldt State University.
