Andrew Bloom

Andrew Bloom has extensive experience in the energy sector, serving in various leadership roles focused on business development and recruiting. Currently a volunteer at American Promise, Andrew previously held the position of Vice President of Recruiting Services at Natek Energy Recruitment from December 2019 to October 2023. Andrew's earlier roles include Director of Recruiting Services at Natek Energy and Director of the Energy Recruiting Team at MRINetwork. Andrew's career began at ESCO Energy Services Co., where a total of fifteen years was spent in business development management, identifying and financing energy efficiency projects. Andrew also developed commercial photovoltaic projects at Alteris Renewables. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Natural Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
