Mark Sektnan

Mark Sektnan has a long and diverse work experience in the insurance industry and legislative sector. Mark has held positions at various organizations, including the American Property Casualty Insurance Association and the Association of California Insurance Companies, where they served as Vice President. Prior to that, they worked at AIG as a State Relations Officer, responsible for legislative and regulatory activities in five Western States. Mark also served as the Chief Consultant of the Assembly Insurance Committee, overseeing all committee operations and playing a key role in the drafting of significant legislative reform. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Vice President at the American Insurance Association and worked as a Consultant for the Assembly Education Committee.

Mark Sektnan attended California State University - East Bay from 1978 to 1982. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science / Public Administration.
