Steve Broadie

Vice President, Financial Policy at American Property Casualty Insurance Association

Steve Broadie has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Steve started their career at Coopers & Lybrand as an Insurance Tax Manager in 1990. In 1992, they joined the Alliance of American Insurers as the VP of Tax and Accounting, where they worked until October 2000. From 2000 to 2004, they served as an Assistant Vice President at NAII. Since 2004, they have been associated with the American Property Casualty Insurance Association, where they held the positions of VP of Financial Policy and Vice President.

Steve Broadie attended Wheaton College from 1970 to 1974, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology. Following their undergraduate education, they enrolled at USC Gould School of Law from 1976 to 1979, completing a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Steve later pursued further legal studies at The George Washington University Law School from 1987 to 1989, earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with a specialization in Taxation.
