Nicole Mazzella

Nicole Mazzella, PHR, SHRM-CP has a strong background in talent management and human resources. Nicole is currently serving as the Associate Director of Talent Management at the American Psychiatric Association, where they oversee the talent acquisition process and provides HR support. Prior to this, Nicole worked at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, where they held roles such as Sr Recruiting Manager and Senior Recruiter. In these positions, they led recruiting activities, mentored team members, and developed recruiting plans. Additionally, Nicole has experience as an On Site Manager at Kelly and as the Director of Recruiting Operations at Acsys. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to build relationships, make data-driven decisions, and deliver high-quality candidates.

Nicole Mazzella, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. Nicole also attended Keystone Oaks High School. In terms of certifications, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification in December 2015 and the Professional Human Resources certification in October 2007 from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2019, they obtained the SHRM Veterans at Work certification from SHRM.
