John Blackburn

John Blackburn has a strong background in finance and has held various roles in different companies. John currently works for American Public Education, Inc. as the AVP - Education Unit Services Finance Lead. Before that, they worked at Rasmussen University as the Senior Finance Director, Director of Finance, Senior Finance Manager, and Finance Manager. John'sresponsibilities included managing the financial aspects of the organization, modeling pricing and revenue scenarios, and serving as a finance liaison. Prior to that, they worked at Sears Holdings Corporation as a Business Finance Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, and Business Analyst, where they were responsible for managing finances, forecasting, profitability analysis, and expense variances. John started their career as an intern in the US Controller Group at McDonald's Corporation.

John Blackburn attended the University of Notre Dame from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. John'sareas of study included Finance and Latin American Studies.
