Amy Rigney-Gay has a strong background in human resources and administration, holding various leadership positions in different organizations such as American Public Power Association, Octo Consulting Group, and Oracle USA, Inc. Amy also has experience as an independent HR consultant. In terms of education, Amy holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Longwood University and has pursued additional certificates in Nonprofit Executive Leadership from Georgetown University and HR Management from George Mason University.
