Alison Schmidt

Alison Schmidt has a diverse work experience in the media and communications industry. Alison started their career at Univision Communications Inc. as a Master Control Operator and Editor from 1990 to 1995. Alison then worked at Vyvx / Global Access Telecommunications Services as a Senior Broadcast Services Coordinator from 1995 to 1998. Following that, they joined InSight Telecommunications Services as the Director of Transmission Services from 1999 to 2002. From 2003 to 2008, they worked at Beadworks Boston, Cambridge, & Salem as a Communications Manager. Currently, they are working at American Public Television as a Syndication Content Manager, starting in 2008.

Alison Schmidt completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Producing for Electronic Media from Syracuse University, spanning from 1986 to 1990.
