Cherise Myers

Cherise Myers is a seasoned professional in workforce development and organizational change, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Development at the American Public Transportation Association since September 2023. With extensive experience as an Executive Coach and Keynote Speaker at Myers Management & Leadership Consultants since 2012, Cherise focuses on strategic design and team development to foster success and personal growth. Previously, Cherise held the position of Senior Manager at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority for over 16 years, where responsibilities included leading change management initiatives and enhancing employee engagement for over 70,000 staff. Additional roles include Vice President at The Parris Foundation, Inc., and Training, Research & Development Coordinator at the Human Resources Administration. Cherise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Binghamton University and has furthered education at Queens College.
