Anna Ciampa

Anna Ciampa has over a decade of experience in educational administration, currently serving as the Curriculum and Assessment Coordinator at American Public University System since January 2010. Responsibilities include administering and tracking end-of-program assessments for over 500 students weekly, compiling assessment data for accreditation and reporting, coordinating standardized tests, managing student records, and conducting market research for degree programs. Prior to this role, Anna worked as an Administrative Support Assistant at the U.S. Department of Commerce and as an Administrative Clerk at the U.S. Census Bureau, where tasks included document preparation, office support, and recruitment coordination. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Human Resources from Frostburg State University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Hagerstown Community College.
