Dr. Kate Houghton Zatz

Dr. Kate Houghton Zatz is an accomplished education leader and consultant with extensive experience in higher education administration. Currently serving as a consultant and member at The Registry since 2007, Dr. Zatz has been instrumental in connecting interim executives with institutions. Dr. Zatz also serves as a guest lecturer for the Strategic Management Capstone course at Fairleigh Dickinson University and holds multiple roles at the American Public University System, including Board Chair and Acting President. Previous leadership positions include Assistant Dean/Director at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Vice President for Student Development and Enrollment at SUNY Rockland, and Dean of Students at Hudson County Community College. Dr. Zatz holds a Doctorate in Education from Columbia University and various degrees from Macalester College, showcasing a strong foundation in higher and adult education.
