Natalie Hardy has over 16 years of experience in higher education and banking. Currently serving as the Director of Prospect Management at American Public University System since November 2007, previous roles include Senior Admissions Manager, Admissions Manager, and Admissions Representative within the same institution. Prior experience includes a position as a Retail Banking Associate at United Bank Inc, where responsibilities included opening new accounts, assisting on the teller line, building customer relationships, and managing reports. Natalie Hardy holds a Master’s Degree in Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from American Public University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from West Virginia University.
