Paul Rondo has a diverse work experience. Paul started their career in the military, serving in various roles such as Logistics Specialist, Team Leader, Group Leader, and Assistant Human Resources Manager. Later, they worked as a Project Manager and Assistant Operations Manager, where they were responsible for strategic operations and resource allocation. Paul also held the position of Commanding Officer, overseeing tactical security operations. Paul then transitioned to the private sector and worked as an Executive Team Leader at Target. Paul was responsible for staffing strategies, performance evaluation, and coaching. Paul also worked at Columbia College as an Adjunct Instructor, teaching Human Resource Management. Paul'sundergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, was completed at Thomas Edison State University from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, they completed several certificate programs at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, including Eurasian Security Studies Seminar, Seminar on Regional Security - Western Balkans and the Southern Caucasus, Program on Terrorism and Security Studies, and European Foreign Area Officer Program.
