Paul Rondo

Paul Rondo has a diverse work experience. Paul started their career in the military, serving in various roles such as Logistics Specialist, Team Leader, Group Leader, and Assistant Human Resources Manager. Later, they worked as a Project Manager and Assistant Operations Manager, where they were responsible for strategic operations and resource allocation. Paul also held the position of Commanding Officer, overseeing tactical security operations. Paul then transitioned to the private sector and worked as an Executive Team Leader at Target. Paul was responsible for staffing strategies, performance evaluation, and coaching. Paul also worked at Columbia College as an Adjunct Instructor, teaching Human Resource Management. Currently, Paul is employed at the American Public University System. Paul initially served as the Senior Manager of Military Outreach and is now the Director of Business Development. In these roles, they develop strategies, builds relationships, and creates military-related educational programs.

Paul Rondo completed their Master of Arts in International Relations from St. Mary's University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Public Administration in Human Resource Management from National University between 2011 and 2014. In 2012 to 2013, Paul obtained an Associate of Arts in Turkish from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center. Before these, they earned a Master of Science in Health Sciences with a focus on Emergency and Disaster Management from Trident University International in 2005 to 2006. Paul'sundergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, was completed at Thomas Edison State University from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, they completed several certificate programs at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, including Eurasian Security Studies Seminar, Seminar on Regional Security - Western Balkans and the Southern Caucasus, Program on Terrorism and Security Studies, and European Foreign Area Officer Program.
